Financial Counseling is a service provided by Journey for Growth's Career & College Planning team. Financial Counseling is designed to create an understanding of college finances by answering questions such as; What is your plan? What is your budget? What are your scholarship goals? Below is a list of direct services we offer within financial counseling. Included Services - Internal Scholarships: This service is dedicated to research, qualification, and application of all scholarships available by the student's top university options. External Scholarships: This service is dedicated to extensive research of federal and state scholarship options available for the student's qualifications. FAFSA Assistance: This service walks the student through the application process of Fasfa and explains the importance of Fasfa to your financial situation based on the student's college choices. Scholarship Application Assistance: The service offers the organization of scholarship application deadlines and application assistance of qualified scholarships for the student.
